IS IT LEGAL FOR A STREET CCTV CAMERA TO RECORD INTO YOUR HOME?

there is a cctv camera in my street its a 360 degree camera which can see into my house .i have not been notified . it is very close .is this legal ……

    Yes. That’s what CURTAINS are for. If you leave them open so that anyone (or anything) can look into your window, they you give up your "expectation of privacy".
